

“Mind Body Spirit” is a well known concept used to describe our whole being. Many of us focus on the intellectual and physical of mind and body while the spirit appears to have been largely forgotten.
The Spirit manifests as creativity, intuition, trust, love, joy, inspiration, aspiration, caring and giving – everything we, in our heart of hearts, would like to experience. When we are far from this there is a sense of being lost or off course.
